Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages and documents throughout Dallas metro area
- Maintain precise delivery records and obtain customer signatures
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure optimal vehicle condition
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries using GPS technology
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status updates via mobile app
Qualifications
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Minimum 1 year commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Dallas roadways and navigation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Flexible availability including weekends
