Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations across Seattle metropolitan area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our proprietary tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions and handle inquiries professionally
- Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time performance
- Safeguard high-value packages and adhere to security protocols at all times
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve delivery challenges proactively
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience in urban delivery environment
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout shift
- Proficient with smartphone navigation apps and basic technology systems
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet strict delivery deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Pass background check and drug screening (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and traffic patterns preferred
