Responsibilities
- Timely pickup and delivery of packages across NYC boroughs
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and GPS tracking
- Verify recipient identity and handle cash-on-delivery transactions
- Safely operate company vehicles and perform pre/post-trip inspections
- Communicate delivery status via mobile app and phone
- Adapt routes for traffic conditions and delivery urgency
- Uphold company safety protocols and defensive driving standards
Qualifications
- Valid NY State Driver's License with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years professional driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Familiarity with NYC streets and traffic patterns
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Background check and drug screening required
