Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for local and regional routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Efficiently load/unload freight using manual pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic logging systems
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status
- Operate in all weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
- Complete on-time deliveries with 99%+ accuracy rate
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Ohio roadways and delivery protocols
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Excellent time management and route optimization skills
