Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (dry van/reefer) for long-haul routes across Texas and Southwest
- Adhere strictly to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and document vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate dispatch for efficient loading/unloading and timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate logs and electronic records (ELD compliance)
- Provide exceptional customer service during transit communications
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable OTR experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Southwest routes (TX, NM, AZ, CA)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work variable schedules
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
