Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles on regional routes
- Inspect and maintain vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Load/unload freight with precision and care
- Adhere to strict delivery timelines and communication protocols
- Complete accurate logbooks and documentation
- Implement defensive driving practices in all conditions
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
