Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) for multi-state freight delivery
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logbooks
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage time-sensitive deliveries with GPS navigation support
- Collaborate with dispatch for route optimization and load adjustments
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance troubleshooting
- Represent the company professionally with all stakeholders
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no DUI/DWI violations in past 5 years
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with HOS regulations and ELD systems
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside repairs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility for overnight and weekend routes
