Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport freight
- Adhere to strict FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Plan efficient routes using GPS navigation systems
- Load/unload cargo with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation
- Communicate dispatch and traffic updates in real-time
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Hazmat endorsement preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Flexible schedule including overnight and weekend shifts
- Basic GPS and electronic logging familiarity
