Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely while adhering to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Transport time-sensitive freight including refrigerated goods and oversized loads
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and maintain electronic logs
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Optimize delivery routes to ensure on-time performance in challenging weather conditions
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of over-the-road experience
- Familiarity with Denver metro area and mountain corridor routes
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Hazmat certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
