Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles in a safe, legal, and professional manner at all times.
- Load and unload cargo accurately and efficiently using proper safety protocols.
- Ensure cargo is properly secured and protected during transit.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks and electronic logging device (ELD) records.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies regarding hours of service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B CDL License required.
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
