Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for freight transport
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate trip logs
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic troubleshooting
- Coordinate with dispatch for efficient route planning
- Ensure secure loading/unloading of cargo
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain clean driving record and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with Hazmat endorsement (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and climb frequently
- Familiarity with California traffic laws and Bay Area routes
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
