Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport goods across Nebraska and surrounding regions
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure optimal condition
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pickup operations
- Collaborate with dispatch team to resolve route challenges and delays
- Represent Omaha Express Logistics with professionalism and integrity on the road
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading/unloading equipment
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety procedures
- Excellent time management and route navigation skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in transit
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
