Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for regional deliveries and logistics operations
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and techniques
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Support team goals through efficient route planning
Qualifications
- Valid CDL license (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Texas roadways and logistics hubs
- Strong attention to safety and compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Basic mechanical knowledge for roadside assistance
- Flexibility for occasional overtime during peak seasons
