Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods safely and efficiently across designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Manage delivery schedules with precision to meet client deadlines
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members during transit
- Handle cargo loading/unloading procedures with care and efficiency
- Document delivery confirmations and resolve route discrepancies
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in using GPS navigation and delivery tracking systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
