Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently in all weather conditions.
- Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securement and weight distribution.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and delivery logs.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Interact professionally with clients and warehouse staff.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Clean driving record (MVR) with no DUI or reckless driving violations in the last 3-5 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor (loading/unloading) and sit for long periods.
- Strong time management skills and reliability.
