Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (box trucks, dry vans) within designated Florida routes
- Load/unload shipments with precision using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Complete accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain strict adherence to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes for timely delivery while ensuring cargo integrity
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Knowledge of Florida highways and urban areas
- Basic computer literacy for electronic logging
- Professional attitude and punctuality
