Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods across regional routes
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Load/unload cargo efficiently and document deliveries/receipts
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status
- Manage delivery schedules while prioritizing on-time performance
- Participate in ongoing safety training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- No prior CDL experience required - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 3 years)
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Basic math skills for delivery documentation
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
