Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) during night shift hours
- Transport goods across Sacramento metro area and Northern California
- Conduct pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Coordinate with dispatch for timely deliveries and route adjustments
- Secure cargo and ensure proper loading/unloading procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUIs in last 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Sacramento area roadways
- Availability to work 8-10 hour night shifts (10 PM - 8 AM)
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
