Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for cross-dock and regional routes
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules and optimize route planning
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and electronic logging
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse teams
- Ensure secure cargo handling and temperature-controlled compliance
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR and no major preventable accidents in 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions
- Proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility for overnight shifts and weekend availability
- Basic knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth metro area roadways
