Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for regional night routes
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate DOT logs and delivery documentation
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
- Ensure on-time deliveries in Atlanta metro area
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean MVR
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- No preventable accidents in last 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Atlanta metro routes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and climb trailer steps
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
