Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance.
- Load and unload cargo in a timely manner using proper lifting techniques.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and logs.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B) required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Clear driving record with no more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Experience with flatbed, dry van, or tanker preferred (but not required).
- Strong understanding of traffic laws and safety protocols.
