Responsibilities
- Operate commercial motor vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver freight on time.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools as needed.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and all necessary paperwork.
- Navigate complex routes and traffic patterns while adhering to traffic laws.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with appropriate endorsements.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
