Responsibilities
- Operate commercial trucks safely and efficiently to deliver freight on time.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance.
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork, including electronic logging devices (ELD).
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Current Medical Card and DOT physical on file.
- Clear MVR/DOT drug screen and background check.
- Strong knowledge of road regulations and safety standards.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
