As a CDL Driver with us, you will be responsible for transporting freight across the state while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations.
- Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Load and secure cargo to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain accurate logs (ELD) and paperwork, including Bill of Lading.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery times and issues.
- Keep the cab and trailer clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card).
- Minimum of 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
