Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Class A and Class B drivers to join our fleet. You will be responsible for transporting freight safely and efficiently to destinations including the New York area.
Responsibilities
- Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after every shift to ensure safety and compliance.
- Safe Operation: Operate commercial trucks and vans in a safe, courteous, and professional manner, adhering to all traffic laws.
- Freight Handling: Load and unload cargo accurately and securely, ensuring no damage occurs during transit.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of daily operations and delivery receipts.
- Route Adherence: Follow designated routes and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL: Must hold a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record with no recent DUIs or major violations.
- Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the USA and pass a DOT physical examination.
- Experience: Prior experience in trucking or logistics is preferred but not always required.
- Equipment: Willingness to operate company-provided equipment.
