Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A) to transport goods across Washington and surrounding states
- Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain accurate vehicle maintenance logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, safety protocols, and delivery schedules
- Load/unload cargo safely using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and clients regarding shipment status
- Complete required paperwork including delivery confirmations and incident reports
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Familiarity with Washington state highway systems and regulations
- Strong commitment to safety and defensive driving practices
- Basic knowledge of cargo securement and transportation documentation
