Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to deliver goods on strict schedules
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate DOT compliance logs
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Load/unload cargo using proper equipment and safety protocols
- Adhere to all FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Report maintenance issues and maintain vehicle cleanliness
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Knowledge of Milwaukee metro area and Wisconsin highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Flexibility for early morning/weekend shifts
- No preventable accidents in last 3 years
