Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A) to transport goods across designated routes
- Conduct pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using electronic logging systems
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route planning and on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all safety protocols and defensive driving practices
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with Los Angeles metro area and California highways
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate loading equipment
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of electronic logging devices (ELD)
