Responsibilities
- Operate commercial vehicles (Class A or B) safely and efficiently throughout the Fresno area and surrounding regions.
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling equipment as required.
- Verify shipment contents and maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork (Bill of Lading, POD).
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with DOT regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the vehicle interior and exterior.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or Class B with the appropriate endorsements (Hazmat, Tanker, or Doubles/Triples preferred).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience preferred.
- Must possess a clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
