Responsibilities
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation as required by DOT regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding delivery status and any issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading of cargo when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or B license (Class A preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving experience.
- Clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other manual tasks.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
