Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to transport goods and materials on designated routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments
- Collaborate with dispatch team to optimize routes and ensure on-time deliveries
- Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding transportation and cargo
- Provide exceptional customer service during loading/unloading and delivery interactions
- Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Strong knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth metro area roadways and traffic patterns
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be 21 years or older with proof of citizenship or legal residency
