Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL) for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations, HOS compliance, and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes and maintain accurate delivery logs and paperwork
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance issues promptly
- Load/unload cargo with attention to securement and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Represent our brand with professionalism in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL license with clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Ohio roadways and regional regulations
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility for overnight travel and irregular schedules
- Basic proficiency with electronic logging devices (ELD)
