Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B) for local/regional routes
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment handling
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic maintenance
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Optimize routes for timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable driving experience
- Clean MVR and no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Strong knowledge of Columbus metro area
- Flexibility for early mornings/weekend shifts
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
