Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles for local/regional delivery routes
- Adhere to DOT regulations and maintain accurate driving logs
- Load/unload shipments with proper equipment handling
- Inspect vehicles pre/post-trip and report maintenance needs
- Deliver goods on time while maintaining exceptional customer service
- Utilize GPS navigation systems for efficient route planning
- Complete delivery documentation and inventory tracking
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work early mornings/weekends as needed
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Strong time management and communication skills
