Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver freight on regional routes
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using digital tracking systems
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with dispatch team for efficient route optimization
- Secure cargo and handle specialized freight requirements
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major violations in past 3 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate manual transmission
- Strong knowledge of Dallas metro area and regional routes
- DOT medical certification current and up-to-date
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
