Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods on time-sensitive routes
- Plan efficient delivery schedules using GPS technology to optimize fuel and time
- Perform pre-trip inspections and report vehicle maintenance needs promptly
- Load/unload cargo with precision using power equipment when required
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each shipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of Oregon/Washington road networks
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings
