Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A/B CDL) to deliver time-sensitive shipments
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and electronic records
- Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to strict DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Optimize routes for efficiency and punctuality
- Collaborate with dispatch team for real-time adjustments
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no DUI/DWI in past 5 years)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong knowledge of Boston metro area and Massachusetts highways
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
