Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated drivers to join our fleet. You will be responsible for the safe and timely transport of goods across the region. If you have a clean driving record and a passion for the road, we want to hear from you immediately.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial motor vehicles (CMVs) in accordance with FMCSA regulations and company policies.
- Load and unload cargo safely, ensuring proper securing and weight distribution.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical safety.
- Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) records and Hours of Service (HOS).
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols to minimize risk and liability.
- Represent the company professionally at all times while on the road.
Qualifications
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B (CDL Class A preferred).
- Current Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Physical).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience.
- Current DOT Medical Card and DOT Drug Screening Certification.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) review.
- Ability to lift and handle cargo up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Strong commitment to safety and punctuality.
