Responsibilities
- Safely operate box trucks (24-26ft) for local/regional deliveries in the Las Vegas metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation using our digital tracking system
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance
- Optimize routes for maximum efficiency and on-time delivery performance
- Communicate with dispatch and clients regarding shipment status and delays
- Handle loading/unloading operations with proper equipment and techniques
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record (no DUIs in past 5 years)
- Minimum 2 years box truck or straight truck experience
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and operate pallet jacks/hand trucks
- Smartphone with reliable data for GPS and communication
- Basic mechanical knowledge for minor roadside repairs
- Flexible availability including weekends and early mornings
- Proof of commercial insurance ( liability & cargo coverage)
