Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery of goods across Metro Detroit and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Perform pre/post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for optimal route planning
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere to FMCSA regulations and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years box truck operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal box truck (26ft+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Detroit metro routes
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Commercial liability insurance ($1M minimum)
