Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver Amazon packages to residential and business addresses in Charlotte metro area
- Maintain accurate delivery records and route optimization using provided technology
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to Amazon's safety protocols and delivery time windows
- Manage package loading/unloading and secure cargo during transit
- Resolve delivery exceptions and communicate with customers proactively
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL Class A or B) or valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and navigation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
