Responsibilities
- Deliver Amazon packages safely and on-time to residential and commercial addresses
- Maintain clean, organized delivery vehicle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Operate GPS navigation systems efficiently to optimize delivery routes
- Package handling and scanning using Amazon scanning technology
- Adhere to all traffic laws and Amazon safety protocols
- Communicate delivery status and delays to dispatch team
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (3+ years)
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Smartphone with data plan for Amazon delivery app
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Excellent customer service communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in varying weather conditions
- Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
