Responsibilities
- Deliver packages to residential and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate equipment.
- Obey traffic laws and follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collect payments for COD deliveries where applicable.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid Class C Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for navigation and logging.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the depot.
