Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans for timely package and goods delivery
- Perform pre-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS navigation systems
- Maintain accurate delivery records and customer communication logs
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and inventory management
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean 3-year record
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Proficiency with GPS technology and delivery apps
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including early mornings and weekends
