Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial vehicles (Class A CDL required) for long-haul deliveries
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Plan efficient routes using GPS technology to meet tight deadlines
- Conduct pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and maintenance reports
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for real-time delivery updates
- Maintain accurate logs (e-logs) and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Flexibility for overnight travel and irregular schedules
