Responsibilities
- Safely transport passengers to requested destinations using GPS navigation
- Maintain high vehicle standards including cleanliness and regular maintenance checks
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist passengers with luggage/requests
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and passenger satisfaction
- Complete trip documentation and payment processing through our digital platform
- Adhere to all local traffic laws and rideshare regulations
- Monitor vehicle conditions and report maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience
- Smartphone with reliable data and GPS capability
- Ability to pass background check and vehicle inspection
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Chula Vista area and surrounding neighborhoods
- Minimum age of 21 with clean driving record
