Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver packages to residential and commercial locations within Memphis and surrounding areas
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication records
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading packages and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Optimize routes to ensure timely deliveries and fuel efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record (minimum 1 year experience)
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to insured transportation
- Smartphone with GPS capability for route navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic familiarity with Memphis streets and neighborhoods
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including weekends and evenings
