Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A/B commercial vehicles for local and regional deliveries
- Conduct thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company safety protocols
- Efficiently load/unload cargo using appropriate equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Navigate optimized routes using GPS technology
- Communicate proactively with dispatch team regarding delays
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Minimum 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
- Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Strong route planning and time management skills
- Must be available for weekend/evening shifts
