Responsibilities
- Safely operate commercial trucks for overnight deliveries across the Mid-Atlantic region
- Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
- Inspect vehicles before/during shifts to ensure optimal condition
- Coordinate with dispatch for real-time route adjustments
- Handle time-sensitive freight with precision and care
- Communicate professionally with clients and warehouse personnel
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
- Minimum 2 years commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate manual transmissions
- Overnight shift availability (7 PM - 5 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Knowledge of Philadelphia metro area routes
- HAZMAT certification preferred
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
