Responsibilities
- Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles for long-haul and regional routes
- Adhere strictly to HOS regulations and DOT compliance standards
- Perform thorough pre/post-trip inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Maintain precise electronic logs and delivery documentation
- Coordinate with dispatch teams for optimal route efficiency
- Secure cargo according to safety protocols during transit
- Provide exceptional customer service at all delivery points
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR with no major violations in past 3 years
- Pass TSA background screening and drug testing
- Proficiency in ELD systems and route navigation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb trailer steps
- Flexibility for variable shift schedules including weekends
- HAZMAT endorsement preferred but not required
